Mullein Tea
Contains Organic Mullein, Red Raspberry leaves, and dandelion leaves. May help with coughing and the removal of mucus from the Respiratory tract.
Directions
Mullein tea is fairly simple to make. To make your own mullein tea, add 1 to 2 teaspoons of dried tea leaves to 8 ounces of boiling water. Let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Pour the tea through a coffee filter or cheesecloth to prevent the plant's fluffy hairs from irritating your throat.
Benefits
Mullein is an expectorant, which means it helps the body expel excess mucus, usually by helping make your coughs more productive, to bring up mucus that may be settling in the chest or in the throat.
Dandelion leaves are good for inflammation, liver health, digestion, and improved immune support. Dandelions provide beta-carotene, magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, vitamins, and antioxidants.
Red raspberry leaf tea is a source of vitamins and minerals, including vitamins C and E, calcium, iron and antioxidants. Red raspberry leaves can help tone and tighten muscles in the pelvic area, which may reduce menstrual cramping.
